What We Cannot Help With

To be clear about what falls outside our remit:

• We cannot access your betting account at any operator, reverse transactions, or intervene in bonus disputes on your behalf.

• We cannot verify your FICA documents or speed up a KYC check. FICA verification is a legal requirement under South African law and must be completed directly with the operator before your first withdrawal.

Complaints About a Licensed Operator

If you have an unresolved dispute with a South African provincially licensed bookmaker and the operator has not resolved it to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the relevant provincial gambling board. The issuing board — for example the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board or the Gauteng Gambling and Betting Board — is the appropriate body for complaints against operators it has licensed. You can confirm which board issued a licence, and whether an operator appears on the national register, via the National Gambling Board's verified-operators portal.

Offshore-licensed operators — those holding a licence from Curaçao, Anjouan or another international jurisdiction — do not fall under South African regulatory oversight. There is no provincial or national body in South Africa with authority to resolve disputes involving them. If you use an offshore platform, your recourse is limited to the operator's own complaints process and, where available, the licensing authority in the jurisdiction that issued their licence.
