AFAM has selected three hotels that are very close to Strathmore Business School as the official 2016 conference hotels. This gives all participants the opportunity to network and engage together in activities outside the main conference programme.
We are also offering transport to and from the designated conference hotels to the Strathmore Business School during the conference days.
AFAM has negotiated special conference rates and reserved some rooms for the conference participants. All rates are inclusive of government taxes and rates.
Please note that the hotel room availability is not guaranteed, and therefore we encourage you to make your own reservations with the hotel of your choice as soon as possible. To hold your reservation, the hotels may require credit card information. All changes and cancellations must be made directly with each hotel.

There are frequent direct and indirect flights to Kenya by numerous major airlines. The national airline is Kenya Airways (www.kenya-airways.com). Other airlines offering flights to Kenya include British Airways (www.britishairways.com) and KLM (www.klm.com). There are no significant seasonal factors affecting flight prices.
Air notes:
Kenya has two international airports. The main point of arrival is Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), which receives the majority of scheduled international flights. Mombasa's Moi International Airport (MBA) also receives some international scheduled flights, and is the main point of arrival for charter flights from Europe. Both are managed by the Kenya Airports Authority (www.kaa.go.ke).
