The Cape Peninsula University of Technology's Department of Management and Project Management is hosting its first International Conference code named LAMIPISA 2013. The focus is on leadership and management in project driven operations and any other leadership related operations in both private and public operations. The conference is scheduled for the 31st March [Sunday night welcome dinner] to the 3rd April 2013 [Wednesday evening culminating in the gala dinner].
Our expectations are to bring the continents together and deliberate on leadership and management issues that impact on the way forward for Africa with the African Renaissance in mind. We plan that the many delegates who will gather here, together with those from other continents may be able to exchange knowledge of mutual interest and prepare the African academia to forge ahead in designing contextually appropriate syllabi for the continent and the diaspora.
This is the first call for papers, and the information is contained in the website. Please kindly send / forward this to many colleagues we are not able to reach to directly, yet they may be interested in the coming conference. All abstracts and paper contributions will be peer reviewed and selected articles will be published in JOLMS [Journal of Leadership and Management Studies].
